Because we are specialized in marketing and tech, we are able to keep costs low and give higher commissions to our agents than any other travel agency in existence. 

 

Our agents can earn up to 95% commissions on all travel they book. What’s the catch? Only one… We expect our agents to truly focus on their clients and making their experiences magical. Best Vacation Planners has a 3-strike rule: Our Agents get up to 3-strikes… If we find an agent that is only booking clients to get the commission and not doing the required work to make the trip magical, finalizing dining reservations (if the client wants it), or dropping the ball, they will get a strike. 3 strikes and you will no longer be associated with our agency. This allows us to keep the quality of agents high, and the experiences of our clients extra magical.

When we get too much business to handle ourselves, we share these extra clients with qualified agents and do a special commission split based off of the agent’s current commission tier.

It’s important that all our agents are equipped with the most knowledge and the best tools to do their work and provide magical experiences for their clients. Not only do we give access to Disney’s College of Knowledge, we hold regular zoom trainings and give all the support that our agents will need to be the best agents in the industry.

We have an agent community (more on that below), a dedicated email account for agent support, a support center, and regular office hours to make sure every agent has access to the help they need. Not sure how to do something? We’ll help! Not sure a travel quote or itinerary looks right? We’ll help!

There’s absolutely no need to work from an office! Have a laptop? You are set! Work the hours you want, from where you want. As long as you are taking care of your clients’ needs, the rest is up to you!

Here’s the deal. Most agencies will tell you what you need and you’ll need to go pay for them yourself. We provide all tools for free, and this adds up to over $100/month per agent that we provide ABSOLUTELY FREE!

  • Trello-like tool for organizing all of your clients and what’s needed for each (don’t let anyone fall between the cracks!)
  • Link-in-Bio profile: Each agent will receive a link to a lnk.bio profile to use as they please.
  • Best Vacation Planners agent community: Access to other agents to discuss what’s working and how to do even better!
  • Dedicated content creator: There may be a queue of asks from other agents, but if there’s something you’d like created, add it to the queue and our dedicated content creator will get it done!
  • Social media profile frames: Show people you work with Best Vacation Planners
  • Custom Countdown tool: Give your clients a link to watch and be excited for their upcoming trips!
  • Custom Reminder tool (coming soon): Make it easy to remember when different tasks need to be done for your clients!

As mentioned in the custom tools above, we have the ability to allow our agents to ask for content from our dedicated content creator. Your ask will be put in line if their is a queue, but what other agency has a dedicated media person for you to use?? That’s what we thought! 🙂

As an official travel agent you will have the ability to sign up for your CLIA license (Cruise Line International Association), which will give you access to all sorts of travel agent perks and benefits (not just with Disney!). 
Once you finish the Disney College of Knowledge, you will be eligible for yearly benefits which will save you thousands of dollars on your Disney trips. 

 

Your CLIA will also make you eligible for benefits with other cruise lines, hotel chains, and more.

We take care of our agents and give them opportunities to grow in their work. We do multiple trips a year to Disney and an annual Disney Cruise. Agents can choose to book the same trip dates and learn through personal experience with us, or learn on their own as they take their own trips. It’s too difficult for agents to help their clients if they have never been or never experienced what they are providing. 

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise and genuine enthusiasm for Disney destinations
  • Extensive recent experience at Disney World, plus at least one visit to Disneyland
  • (ideal but not required) 10-20 hours a week available to dedicate to this role
  • (ideal but not required) Previous business marketing experience or a well-developed strategy for rapid client acquisition
  • Strong work ethic with professional, self-directed approach to customer service
  • Comfort level providing expert guidance through phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Active engagement across social media platforms
  • Based in the United States
